The program, now operating under PreUniversity Education at the Qatar Foundation, supports efforts around the region to develop Model UN programs and events for young people through discussion, negotiation, debate, and personal action, solutions to the various problems of the world.
We are unique in working with student leaders from around the world to create these key educational opportunities, and in including marginalised groups in our work.
THIMUN Qatar hosts three main International events each year; a fall leadership conference, the January high school MUN conference, and the new Middle School Model United Nations-Qatar, held each spring.
